Open Letter to the morons who spam article directories

Dear Spammer,

With my arteries choking with anger, my heart full of pity and my fingers lusting for blood I write this letter to you, who submits article after article to various content firms with the sole purpose of getting a backlink. Sadly, I do not wish www.netgoons.com to be yet another content farm, with thousands of copied articles that have already been posted on multiple sites. I try to keep the content as genuine as possible with my team of strict and active editors.

The more you try to spin your ‘poo bag’ of an article with stinky grammar and extra terrestrial sentence structures, the harder our editors slam them on your face. So ultimately you end up tasting your own poo.

I do not expect you to understand what pains we tolerate to go through the stacks of spam thrown at us everyday, as we make it a point to manually screen all content that is submitted to Netgoons. Probably it would add a smile to your face, which we imagine to be uglier than the bison’s backside, knowing that your persistent spamming is the reason why some decent chaps who write good stuff never get published in time.

I am making yet another emotional effort to educate you or rather civilize you. Please read the following points carefully. Trust me, a bit more than the rascal who taught you SEO, understanding these points and acting positively on them will take you multiple steps upward in your SEO / Link Building Career. You would probably smoke my words out like a spent puff of weed that is enjoyable temporarily but degrades your prized spamming organs over a period of time. Atleast it would save some genuinely creative people from dying a pitiable death in this world polluted with spam.

So in the name of the almighty who gave you that unique finger-print and in the name of your mother who endured the pain to give a unique shape to her flesh and blood I beg you to read through till the end. Amen

Why you should not repost same articles again?

Technologies have evolved and Search Engine algorithms are smart enough to de-value link juice from copied content. Yes you heard it right – Posting your article 1000 times with the same or different URL/Anchor Text combination will not do any better than One well written article. So why waste you time, our time, bandwidth and energy?

The websites that accept duplicate articles or poorly written articles are branded content farms and all outgoing links from those sites are devalued. Which means even if I post an informative and unique article I get no or minimal benefits for your acts of plagiarism. Most of the articles sites today are useless for serious link builders and they have wisely moved elsewhere.

Thanks to Google Panda updates useless sites supporting crap content are being penalized and lesser known websites with value for the readers are getting higher SERP rankings and hence continue to attract more traffic.

Do you realize how many pages are added to WWW everyday? Your shit (spam) is adding to that pile of information that needs to be stored on server racks which the world accesses as internet. Have you ever thought how much electricity and manpower goes into maintaining all that information. Feel guilty, which you must, as a contributor to world’s energy crisis and pollution. You are the rascals who are responsible of the melting glaciers and global warming. You should be sent to the gallows without a trial.

Here is more SEO advice, stop posting content on the same site with links to the same URL. It is definitely not worth the effort. Especially when the website giving the link or the website receiving the link does not have enough trust points.

I do NOT hope you will understand all of that written above nor do I claim to be an expert writer to express my anger and compassion. But I sincerely wish you to excel in your career as I believe it will help us grow when we are surrounded by creative people and we sink when we are surrounded with spammers.

To your good health and prosperity ( to your doom if you still don’t change)

Cheers
